After a long, arduous and competitive audition process that began with an open call and culminated in a candidate pulling Excalibur from a big slab of concrete and slaying the Jabberwocky, the No Pants Players have chosen their newest member to the troupe. Ryan Nolan, recent graduate of High Point University in North Carolina and George Washington High School graduate, will make his NPP debut at the Alban Arts and Conference Center this Saturday May 18, 2013. He brings a fresh, clean-shaven face and style to the veteran performers. Nolan was a featured improviser at High Point University, performing with the group, Charcoal Pony. Come out and welcome Ryan Nolan. We are not certain if he can throw 100 MPH fastball like Nolan Ryan, but we guarantee he’s twice as funny.

Also, joining the No Pants Players on Saturday will be students from the Adult Improv Class that troupe member Jeff Bukovinsky teaches at the Alban. They will be opening up the evening with a performance at 6:50pm. Enjoy a preview of some great local comedians and if you are interested in taking improv comedy classes at the Alban, contact them at (304) 721-8896.

This performance will be an all-ages show. Feel free to give the babysitter the night off and bring the kids. Or bring the cousins. Or bring that complete stranger you saw at Taco Bell. All are welcome to join in the laughter!
